OUB Certified Teacher Terms

By submitting the course agreement and/or exam, you agree to the following terms as an OUB Certified Teacher.

1. I or my studio may list my certification on my resume, bio, website, newsletter, and social media.

2. I or my studio may use the following language: “[I am/name is] a Once Upon a Ballet Certified Teacher.”

3. My individual certifications may be listed as well. Examples include:

“[I am/name is] a Once Upon a Ballet Certified Teacher in Teaching Preschool Dance.”

“[I am/name is] a Once Upon a Ballet Certified Teacher in Teaching Toddler and Preschool Dance.”

“[I am/name is] a Once Upon a Ballet Certified Teacher in Teaching Preschool Dance and Primary Ballet.”

“[I am/name is] a Once Upon a Ballet Certified Teacher in Teaching Preschool Dance and Primary and Elementary Ballet.”

“[I am/name is] a Once Upon a Ballet Certified Teacher in Teaching Toddler and Preschool Dance and Primary and Elementary Ballet.”

“[I am/name is] a Once Upon a Ballet Certified Teacher in Teaching Toddler and Preschool Dance, Primary and Elementary Ballet, and Children’s Floor Barre.”

4. Additional language that may be used: “Once Upon a Ballet is a children's dance curriculum rooted in early childhood development theory and teaches dance in a way that young children learn best. It teaches age-appropriate dance concepts and skills and is full of imagination and creativity. It is specifically designed to give your child a strong foundation in learning, movement, and dance.”

5. As an OUB Certified Teacher, I will be listed in the OUB Directory. I may opt out of being included in the online directory by emailing hello@oub.dance. I can request any changes be made to my directory listing by emailing this address as well.
